A one way ticket on most dates from SIN to LHR/CDG/FCO/BUD is 1179 USD on China Eastern . It’s a decent sky team deal considering you earn 60 XPs for the entire trip.

SIN-PVG is Long 1 = 24XP in Business class
PVG-BUD is Long 3 = 36XP in Business class
So a one-way is about €18.3/XP, £15.7/XP (assuming $1179 = €1100 = £944).
